We deliver buildings right across Manitoba, well into Saskatchewan, and into Western Ontario. If you are within several hours of one of our dealers, we can delivery to you. You can see a dealer map here.

Delivery lead times are currently at 3-5 weeks. Need your portable building sooner? Sometimes we can squeeze an extra delivery in. Simply reach out to us to discuss!

We do not offer traditional financing as you would get from a bank. We do offer rent-to-own as an easy and flexible alternative. Read about our rent-to-own program here, and don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!

How flexible is the rent-to-own program?
Our rent-to-own program is incredibly flexible. You are not locked in to keeping the storage shed if you do not want to keep renting. We have customers that need storage space for a short term. We will deliver and pick up the building (often for free-depending on your exact location).
If you rent for the entire term length, you get ownership of the building. How is that compared to renting a storage cubicle in town?!
Also, you can make extra payments towards early ownership and/or utilize the early purchase option whenever you like with no penalty whatsoever.
We do not attach strings. It's that simple!
