With our Rent-to-Own program, you can rent your storage shed on a monthly basis. And the building is yours if you decide to rent for the entire rental term. There are no credit checks and we do not report to the credit bureau. Welcome the simplicity of renting a Pine View Building!

Make the Deposit

You are only required to pay the first monthly rental payment to sign up for Rent-to-Own. 

Take Delivery of Your Building!

This is your BIG day! We typically deliver buildings within 2 to 3 weeks of when the order is placed!

  • Instant approval, with a very simple sign up process.

  • Affordable monthly payments

  • 24, 36, 48, or 60 month RTO contract options

  • Same as cash if you decide to buy out your storage shed within 90 days

  • No credit checks

  • Everyone is approved

  • No early buy-out fees.

  • You own your very own building at the end of the rental contract!
